Job Opportunity:

MRI Software is seeking a seasoned Lease Manager to oversee the daily functions of an Abstraction team. The successful candidate will report directly to Senior Director and be responsible for leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities include:

\
  • \
  • Providing leadership and oversight to the Local Managed Services operations in India, with plans for expansion to support global needs.\
  • Engaging with Business leaders globally (NA, EMEA, APAC) to foster culture, community, and delivery excellence within the Managed Services team in India.\
  • Driving global integration and standardization in India through collaboration with Service Offering Leadership to build a scalable infrastructure.\
  • Working closely with global and local leadership to ensure resource management and development.\
  • Contribute strategic vision consistently with MRI's Services goals to deliver innovative technology solutions.\
  • Optimizing solutions to enhance performance, productivity, or reduce costs across Services Departments; and\
  • Representing Managed Services interests for unique challenges and needs within the broader leadership structure.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Lease Abstraction or related field, preferably managing a global team.\
  • Proven track record in project management, process improvement, training, and onboarding new abstractors.\
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, inspiring teams to achieve great results.\
  • Excellent communication, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration skills.\
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.\
  • Collaborative mindset with problem-solving and client-centric focus.\
  • Experience with other business SaaS solutions is advantageous.\

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; Master's preferred – and/or relevant qualification and/or relevant experience.\
