Job Title

Effective Operations Team Lead.

Transform business processes and deliver increased efficiency, deeper insights, and superior outcomes.

We are seeking a results-driven leader to supervise and lead a group of team leads and associates in meeting all service level agreements (SLAs) related to department functions.

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to drive customer experience metrics.

Meet key SLAs and KPIs while coordinating activities with the manager to include workflow monitoring, process improvement, training, reporting, and special projects.

Provide recommendations for strategies and process improvements to add value to teams and clients.

C coordinate with internal support teams to ensure seamless production by the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a group of team leads and associates.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  • Drive customer experience metrics.
  • Meet key SLAs and KPIs.
  • Coordinate activities with the manager.
  • Provide recommendations for strategies and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as Assistant Manager.
  • Graduate degree required.
  • Excellent analytical and logical skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Team leading skills.
  • Mentoring and motivating skills.
  • Coaching and feedback skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Confident.
