This senior-level role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of a team and ensuring effective communication with clients. A strong leader is required to mentor project leaders, manage client expectations, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely communication with clients on project status and progress reports.
- Review team outputs (workpapers, audit reports, and certifications) and maintain structured documentation.
- Track and consolidate daily work submissions from project leaders.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and conduct training initiatives.
- Conduct regular team meetings and meetings with department heads.
- Cascade training received from senior management to project leaders.
- Guide team members to achieve performance benchmarks and maximize output.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism at client premises.
- Prepare and present project observations to senior management regularly.
- Identify and develop potential leaders across different projects.
- Regularly create internal project backups to ensure smooth handovers.
- Strong understanding of audit & assurance standards and processes.
- Expertise in reviewing and analyzing audit work papers.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting, compliance requirements, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
