Front Office Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at Grand Hotel (Bombay) Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time on-site role located in South Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
- Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in front office duties, including managing reservations and handling customer inquiries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
We offer an attractive salary package of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on the candidates' past work experience and educational qualifications.
