As a seasoned event production specialist, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of on-ground projects and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage end-to-end execution of on-ground projects, including venue selection, setup, design, LED screens, branding materials, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored set and venue designs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of agencies for set design, lighting, stage, and event production.
  • Liaise with hotels and venues to coordinate bookings, rooming arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Establish a repository of hotel options across cities for quick reference.
  • Bring innovative ideas and creative thinking to event setups, ensuring engaging and impactful designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with new-age technologies in event production and integrate them into projects for enhanced effect.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in event planning, production, or project management.
  • Proven track record of successful event planning, production, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of set design, lighting, and event technology.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative aptitude with attention to detail and design sense.
