Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Event Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing webinars that engage our audience, promote our products, and support lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Webinar Planning and Execution: Develop a comprehensive webinar strategy that aligns with our marketing and sales objectives. Identify target audiences and create relevant, engaging webinar topics. Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content. Oversee the entire webinar lifecycle, from scheduling and promotion to live delivery and post-event follow-ups.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align webinar themes with campaigns and goals. Collaborate with product marketing teams to develop webinars that highlight key features and value propositions.
  3. Marketing and Promotion: Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content to maximize webinar attendance. Leverage analytics tools to track and optimize promotional efforts.
  4. Reporting and Optimization: Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to measure webinar success. Generate regular performance reports for internal stakeholders. Continuously improve webinar content, format, and delivery based on audience feedback and data insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in digital event management, virtual events, or digital marketing. Strong organizational and project management skills. Familiarity with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing webinar performance metrics.
