The Role

We are seeking a Lead Client Solutions Manager to lead our client relationships in India and beyond. This role will set the standard for how we interact with senior client stakeholders, ensuring delivery teams stay ahead, and building long-term trust that drives growth. You'll oversee a client service team that translates business goals into creative action, identifying opportunities before they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts, driving revenue growth.
  • Guide internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs.
  • Anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions.
  • Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility, ensuring margins, timelines, and impact are met.
  • Develop, coach, and grow the client services team into consultative partners.
  • Partner with agency leadership to shape proposals, pitches, and new market entries.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 12+ years of experience in client service (agency side, B2B is preferred).
  • A strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders.
  • The capacity to manage both detail and direction.
  • A track record of running multi-market accounts.
  • An instinct for commercial growth as much as delivery discipline.
