Job Title: Business Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Manager with expertise in overseeing large-scale projects within complex environments.

The role involves delivering strategic business projects on time, while ensuring client satisfaction and seamless execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, with experience in managing large-scale projects in complex environments. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Leading project meetings and workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Developing and implementing project governance frameworks
  • Ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures

This is a remote contract position, working 9 hours a day, any 9-hour window, IST timezone.

Key Qualifications:

  • Project management certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in big data and analytics
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
