We are seeking an expert in business analysis to work closely with our global customers, identifying their target audience's training needs and developing actionable insights to drive digital adoption.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our clients. Key responsibilities include consulting, ideating, and proposing optimal digital adoption strategies using the client Product Ecosystem.
As a business analyst, you will create content using the client Studio Editor to suit customer use cases, helping develop standards and guidelines for consistency in deliverables.
Preferred skills include excellent spoken English skills, awareness of diverse cultures and practices, and knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, and CLM.
Required experience includes a good technical bachelor's degree, 1-5 years of relevant experience, and hands-on experience with ReactJS, Javascript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, and systems architecture.
You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to develop product expertise, prioritize multiple projects concurrently, and understand Enterprise Applications like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, and Oracle.
Main Responsibilities- Identify training needs and develop actionable insights for our global customers.
