As a Business Solution Expert, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support and driving customer satisfaction.

The organization is a unit within Oracle that establishes long-term relationships with many customers through annuity-based service contracts and project-based one-time services.

Our team sells from a broad IT-services portfolio in both fixed price and time-and-materials basis. Our services are typically requested by large customers that require utmost attention to real mission-critical applications and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing ARCS from design, configuration, data integration, and testing
  • Sound knowledge on ARM/ARCS including Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction Matching
  • Functional knowledge of Finance/accounting and account reconciliation
  • Knowledge and experience working with a consolidation tool and general ledger
  • Providing Solutions to existing Architecture Design on current system
  • Collaborating effectively with other groups

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of EPM Experience
  • Experience in Implementation of Hyperion with strong Application Development process experience on ARCS/ARM and good knowledge on consolidation process
  • Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
  • Sound functional knowledge Finance/accounting/ General Ledger/Sub Ledgers
  • Sound Knowledge on standard and custom reports
  • Good communication Skills
  • Travel Readiness
