We're seeking an expert to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

This involves configuring and testing the system, working closely with clients to understand their business needs.

  • Implement end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, and Benefits.
  • Deliver high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with a strong track record of business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop detailed specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform thorough system testing, including unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects and work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Familiarity with HCM Schemas and PL/SQL is highly desirable.
  • Work with technical streams and provide mentorship on integrations, conversions, and reports.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on functional aspects.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Familiarity with implementation processes and ability to provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
