Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM technical consultant with extensive experience in implementing and customizing Oracle Fusion HCM technical objects.

This role involves leading or participating in technical implementations, developing fast formulas, and creating custom solutions to meet client-specific requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Implementation: Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, and Extracts.
  • Fast Formulas: Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Custom Solutions: Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, and Extracts.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
