Global Business Solutions Expert

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our fast-growing global business. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with clients of different regions (Europe, US and Asia) and work well under pressure.
The role involves designing, planning and implementing award-winning solutions in Enterprise Environments, helping existing customers resolve outstanding issues through support tickets, working closely with Team Leads to meet SLA and customer requirements, creating technical documents and articles for team and customer use, delivering technical demonstrations to customers across the globe and ensuring that customer expectations are met within committed timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
- At least 2-4 years of software customer service and support experience.
- Experience with administrative tasks in Windows-based infrastructures including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365 and Cloud platforms essential.
- Microsoft certification is desirable.
- PowerShell scripting knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal English communication, written and presentation skills required.
- Previous experience with ticketing tools such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
- Delivering product presentations to clients in a pre-sale context.
- Working in high-risk/secure environments preferable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated attitude, able to work under pressure.
- Experience with SIEM/Auditing/Compliance related technologies.
- Understanding of IT and business needs of technology.
