Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of global benefits solutions. As a Global Benefits Solutions Architect, you will design and implement impactful solutions for large-scale organizations, driving user adoption and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and Configuration
    • Configure and implement global benefits modules across multiple organizations, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Client Collaboration
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits needs and design tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Benefits Program Management
    • Design, configure, and manage benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy in the implementation of global benefits solutions.
  • Expert Guidance
    • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits, ensuring that clients stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • User Adoption and Training
    • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency, ensuring that clients maximize the value of their global benefits solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow and successful implementation of global benefits solutions.
  • Ongoing Support
    • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post-go-live, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Product Updates
    • Stay current with product updates and enhancements to proactively improve system performance and ensure continued success of global benefits solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations, including industry-specific requirements and best practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits or Employee Central) are also desirable.
