Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to lead the transformation and embedding of our organisational culture. The ideal candidate will champion our company values through strong leadership and inspirational behaviour.

This senior position requires a strategic thinker who can create people strategies, drive business results, and develop high-performing teams. As the head of HR, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems that support our organisational goals.

You will provide expert advice and guidance on employment law, HR best practices, and workforce development. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of the HR strategy, manage the HR department, and ensure compliance with current regulations and legislation.

A key aspect of this role is to drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on engagement, welfare activities, productivity, and leadership capability. You will also take a lead role in transforming and strengthening our organisational culture, ensuring our company values and approach are displayed.

In addition to your technical expertise, you must possess superior interpersonal skills, a positive approachable manner, and a proactive work ethic. You should be able to think innovatively, make quick yet rational decisions, and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.

This role requires someone who is passionate about leading with integrity, has excellent communication and presentation skills, and is committed to being an inspiring role model who encourages collaboration.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can make a significant impact on our organisation. If you have a Master's degree in HR, 12+ years of experience in HR roles, and a proven track record of driving business results, we would like to hear from you.

  • Experience of managing a skilled team and make quick but rational decisions.
  • In depth knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Thorough and methodical attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise, problem-solve and use initiative.
  • First-rate communication and presentation skills.
