Job Title:

Chief Learning Officer


Our organization is seeking a strategic leader to drive the development and implementation of our learning strategy. The Chief Learning Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and competencies of our employees, ensuring they have the knowledge and abilities needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This individual will be responsible for designing and executing training programs that align with our business objectives. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to embed learning into our organizational culture.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of luxury retail, customer service excellence, and brand management. They will also have exceptional facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, as well as an analytical mindset to measure ROI of training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing the overall training and learning strategy for the company.
  • Identifying training needs through various assessments and partnering with leadership to design customized programs.
  • Building a comprehensive training roadmap for all levels – frontline staff, store managers, HO employees, and leadership teams.
  • Collaborating with Retail Operations, Merchandising, and HR to standardize induction programs for all new hires.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in Training & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is mandatory.
  • Exposure to digital learning platforms, instructional design, and global training standards preferred.
