Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our project management team. The successful candidate will oversee project scope, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Analyze project data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. They will be able to motivate teams, build trust, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Led end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools.
  • Experience working with technical teams, understanding of system architectures, software engineering, and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with development platforms and technologies like cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and APIs.
  • Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to make decisions based on data and insights and drive issues to resolution.
  • Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello.
  • Familiarity with development tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker.

  • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Hands-on experience in building/workings generative AI products.
