Job Title: Strategic Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategic Project Coordinator to support Agile software development teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with a strong background in coordinating and managing projects in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Agile software development projects by supporting Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal Agile teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and distribute Agile project documentation, including sprint plans and product backlogs.
  • Track sprint progress and escalate issues to maintain sprint velocity and delivery timelines.
  • Organize and coordinate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
  • Support release planning and coordinate deployment activities.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in project coordination or management, with at least 3 years in Agile software development environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting Scrum or Kanban teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
  • Experience working in software development or IT services industries.
