About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The role requires excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet agreed standards.
  • Support business development by preparing proposals, estimates, and technical documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team briefings to align efforts.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, or operations management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of quality control and process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Client-facing experience with a focus on relationship building.
