Job Title: Project Management Officer
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project data in various software tools and providing timely and accurate reports to management.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update project information across multiple platforms.
- Analyze project performance metrics such as timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Develop clear and concise presentations and reports for management review.
- Create visual dashboards and insights to track project progress.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Support project managers with data-driven insights for planning and forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project analysis, reporting, or data analysis roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate complex data effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
