Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead CRM and Complaint system projects.

A key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, functional departments, and stakeholders to identify requirements, manage scope, and mitigate risks.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

You should have hands-on experience with project management methodologies, tools, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead CRM and Complaint system projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, manage scope, and mitigate risks.

  3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  4. Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and progress reports.

  5. Evaluate and improve project performance, identifying areas for process enhancements and cost savings opportunities.

Technical Requirements:

  • Hands-on knowledge of Life Insurance Business processes and policy life cycle.

  • Participation in the IT team or functional department for system requirements or change requests.

  • Knowledge of SDLC and overall Life Insurance domain expertise.

  • Post-Issue Journey and process depth knowledge.

  • Production support experience preferred.

  • JIRA or other ticketing and project management tool expertise.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle queries at L1 level.

Desirable Skills:

  • SQL queries.

  • VAPT risk and mitigation.
