**Team Lead Position Overview**

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee various initiatives, drive learner success, and lead a team of associates and senior associates.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes to enhance learner outcomes.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and conduct root cause analysis to resolve them.
  • Promote the success of learners within the Management and Education domain.
  • Lead, guide, and manage a team of associates and senior associates.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Content, Delivery, Student Success, Careers, and Corporate Partnerships to achieve results.

**Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting firms, fast-growing startups, or edtech companies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify gaps and drive execution.
  • Excellent people skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze information and make informed decisions.
  • Prior experience in managing a team of delivery executives, preferably in the edtech sector.
