Project Management Office Overview

The Project Management Office plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. Key responsibilities include acting as an offshore implementation team representative, triggering environment delivery emails, and coordinating with development and onsite teams to finalize delivery dates.

Other key tasks include sending weekly status updates on deliverables, collecting and compiling information for third-party integrations during onboarding, and proposing and implementing process improvements and automation ideas.

Required Skills:
