Project Manager - Construction Operations

The Project Manager will lead the construction operations team in planning and executing construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety standards.

  • Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee construction activities, including erection, testing, and commissioning of infrastructure projects.
  • Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Provide training and orientation to site personnel on quality and safety procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in construction management, with a focus on project delivery, risk management, and quality control.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction practices, including building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Experience with construction software, such as Procore or Autodesk.
