Our organization is seeking a dynamic professional to lead our people operations.
Job Description:This role requires shaping a magnetic workplace culture, championing talent, and designing systems that prioritize creativity, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with leadership to build a people-first environment that scales with our vision and reflects our values.
Key Responsibilities:- Culture, Engagement & Experience
- Lead initiatives fostering inclusivity, energy, ownership, and collaboration.
- Design programs for recognition, wellbeing, team bonding, and internal communication.
- Be a culture ambassador actively listening to team sentiment and taking proactive steps to evolve workplace dynamics.
- Talent & Retention Strategy
- Build creative hiring pipelines attracting high-potential talent aligned with our values.
- Design long-term retention plans including growth paths, internal mobility, and impact-based recognition.
- Own and evolve the onboarding experience creating strong cultural alignment from Day 1.
- Performance & Growth Enablement
- Manage goal-setting, feedback, and review processes focusing on development and accountability.
- Partner with leaders identifying L&D opportunities, coaching needs, and career tracks.
- Foster a culture of learning and high performance with mentorship programs and internal upskilling tracks.
- Policy, Compliance & HR Ops
- Ensure HR policies are progressive, fair, and in line with Indian labor laws.
- Streamline people operations and documentation through scalable systems.
- Manage compensation strategy, payroll processes, and benefits administration with our Finance team.
- People Intelligence & Insights
- Track and report on people metrics (attrition, engagement, culture pulse, etc.) to inform decisions.
- Use data to proactively solve challenges around retention, performance, and engagement.
- Employer Branding
- Own the company's employer brand showcasing our team, culture, and impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build our reputation as a workplace of choice.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles preferably in a fast-paced creative or agency setup.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools for managing end-to-end HR processes.
- Deep understanding of today's workforce dynamics especially Gen Z and Millennial talent.
- Strong grasp of Indian labor laws and compliance practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with an eye for culture, retention, and growth.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll systems and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred:
- Proven ability to design culture and engagement frameworks from the ground up.
- Experience building HR initiatives directly impacting retention and team morale.
- A creative mindset bridging business goals and people needs.
- HRMS tool experience is a plus.
