Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new customers, manage existing relationships, and ensure seamless communication to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement effective strategies to expand our customer base, increase sales, and drive revenue growth.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Generate leads for financial product distributors, coordinate business opportunity sessions, and assist new distributors in clearing NISM exams.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to partners on product availability, prepare business development plans, and conduct regular partner meetings to enable their knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree from any background or higher with excellent demographic understanding and knowledge of the finance industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with IFAs/CAs, minimum 2 years' experience in handling MFD/IFA/financial products.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, ability to engage sizable clients, and deal closure ability.
