Job Summary

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to Lenovo's commercial customers. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive services delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with delivery verticals to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Align with business units to understand customer needs and develop delivery plans
  • Proactively engage with customers through QBRs, service clinics, and CXO meetings
  • Manage field partners and resources to achieve service delivery KPIs

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in services delivery, with 5 years of hands-on experience managing large enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of building stakeholder relationships with large enterprise customers
  • Field service partner management experience
  • Ability to structure thoughts and actions based on learnings and analysis
