Customer Success Manager

ZenTrades is a cutting-edge SaaS start-up that aims to revolutionize the Field Service Management domain. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in Account Management or a fast-paced SaaS product start-up environment. Key responsibilities will include resolving customer issues, proactive engagement with existing accounts, and providing strategic and tactical guidance.
The successful candidate will have a strong written and verbal communication skillset, proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, and the ability to manage time effectively. A passion for working in a dynamic start-up culture and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams for optimal solutions.
- Proactively engage with existing accounts to drive revenue and achieve targets.
- Address support requests promptly via telephone or email.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech/BE/MBA/PGDM or equivalent in any specialization.
- Experience: 1-3 years in Account Management or a fast-paced SaaS product start-up environment.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and using MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Attributes: Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for start-ups, ability to take end-to-end ownership, and flexibility to operate in US time zones.
