About the Job

At Energy Exemplar, we're seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Success Administration Manager to join our team. As a key partner to our Customer Success teams, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Success Administrators who will execute deal-related administrative tasks in a proactive, timely, and accurate manner.

Your team will focus on simplifying processes and reducing administrative friction to help CSMs reach their targets. By streamlining workflows, the team will support Customer Success in meeting monthly goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing administrative tasks related to renewals, including generating renewal notices, processing contract amendments, and routing purchase orders.
  • Working within strict deadlines to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Developing and maintaining global customer success business operations plans, scorecards, and reports, including weekly and monthly business review documents.
  • Establishing and tracking key metrics and performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the Customer Success Administrators.
  • Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on risks and account health to provide proactive insights for customer success.
  • Supporting global commercial administration operations, ensuring seamless coordination across regions and between groups such as Sales.
  • Collaborating closely with the Senior VP of Global Customer Success, Regional Customer Success Leaders, and Customer Success Managers to drive alignment and strategic initiatives.
  • Assisting in maintaining the accuracy of Salesforce and HubSpot reporting systems, ensuring data integrity.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations and Administration.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to establish and build teams and processes from the ground up.
  • Must have experience working in a global environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing commercial contracts.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • High level of Salesforce proficiency (Administrator certified preferred).
  • Highly motivated with strong relationship-building skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
