Job Description:

The role holder is accountable for managing and driving retail trade and forex business growth through alliances with national and regional influencers.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Executing partnerships targeted at achieving income delivery through these alliances, driving initiatives that focus on maximizing income delivery, expanding market reach, and enhancing overall performance.
  • Ensuring the selection, documentation, negotiations, and business initiation for partners.
  • Monitoring the health of business from partners and ensuring timely business settlements.
  • Developing strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Managing central office-channel management deliverables effectively.
Core Competencies:
  • First point of contact for all partners and prospects.
  • Accountable for control function interfacing including compliance, legal, finance, SPU, etc.
  • Driving business delivery via daily engagements with internal channel members.
  • Responsible for driving revenue-targeted initiatives.
  • Daily dashboarding and creation of engagement platforms to ensure delivery of targets.
  • Bridging between partners and YBL for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
People Management or Self-Management Skills:
  • Organizing regular training for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for trade & forex business in retail segment.
  • Bridge between sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  • Periodically reviewing performance to identify business leakages and taking corrective measures.
