Business Development Leader

The ideal candidate will lead and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the USA staffing market. This role combines sales, account management, and strategic partnership development.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and placement goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable business deals.
  • Track sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target prospective clients through networking, market research, industry events, and digital channels.
  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, HR, or related field); MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales leadership within the U.S. staffing industry, including at least 4-8 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Proven track record of winning new business, client negotiations, and closing large staffing contracts.
