Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls, following up on leads, and supporting our sales team in driving business growth.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and ambitious individual to take ownership of lead generation initiatives, contribute to revenue growth, and develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients, identify their needs, and present solutions that meet those needs.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Maintain accurate records of call notes, status updates, and lead follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and sales conversions.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, tele-sales, B2B/B2C sales, or customer service.
- Clear and persuasive verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in regional languages if applicable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with basic computer literacy.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
