Job Title Lead Generation Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying nurturing and qualifying potential business opportunities through outbound calls emails and online research This role is critical to fueling our sales pipeline and driving company growth Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients through databases social media and networking platforms Make outbound calls send emails and engage prospects to generate qualified leads Qualify leads by assessing their business needs budget and decision-making authority Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly lead generation targets Provide feedback and insights to improve lead generation strategies Requirements Bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field preferred Proven experience in lead generation inside sales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory For fresher candidates we give training Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude Proficiency in MS Office Self-motivated target-oriented and able to work independently What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Training and development opportunities Positive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for career growth within the organization Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 100 000 00 - 180 000 00 per year Work Location In person
