Job Description:

The Analyst-Corporate Finance role involves overseeing the entire account opening process, ensuring seamless integration with banks' KYC requirements and PE investments. Key responsibilities include managing updates to PE values based on NAV of PE funds for reporting purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Account Opening Process Management
  • Banks KYC Requirements Handling
  • KYC for PE Investments
  • Updating PE Values
  • Downloading Bank Statements and Investment Bank Balances
  • Capital Call Notice Raising and Processing
  • Internal Office Memo Writing
  • Cash Position Updating

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in working with financial data are essential for this role. Additionally, experience with investment banking, corporate finance, and risk management is a plus.
