Job Title: Corporate Finance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Finance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with PSU/ Private Banks, arranging finance and operation, as well as project finance, working capital sanction, CMA, proposal, and Legal documentation.

The successful candidate will have excellent financial modeling skills, be able to prepare financing roadmaps and capital allocation strategies, and have experience working with rating agencies.

In addition, the candidate will have experience in capex controlling, budgeting processes, and system development, as well as banking operations, cash flow management, and banking compliances.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in corporate treasury, primarily within a large corporate, and extensive experience in project financing, working on proposals, negotiating with PSUs/Banks, and helping close documentation.

They will also have experience working with major rating agencies for loan ratings and capex controllership, budgeting processes.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a CA or MBA from a top B-School and meet the required qualifications below.
