Seeking an experienced professional to lead our finance operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Monitor the preparation of annual financial statements and ensure timely filing
  • Consolidate Annual Financial statements
  • Manage quarterly filings of audited financials on stock exchanges for listed entities
  • Oversee taxation (advance tax, tax returns, responding to enquiries/ scrutiny notices) of companies, Trust/Individuals, and tax planning w.r.t. transactions

The successful candidate should possess:

  • Chartered Accountant qualification with approx. 15 years of experience
  • Good experience in direct tax, accounting & Ind AS, FEMA, financial planning, corporate structuring, etc.
  • Quick learner, solution-oriented mindset and good analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills

This is a key role within our organization, requiring a highly skilled individual to drive our financial strategy forward.

Responsibilities will include managing the preparation of annual financial statements, consolidating accounts, and ensuring timely filing of tax returns.
