Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Business GrowthPartner with the CEO to design and implement long-term business strategies aimed at futureproofing the organization. Identify new growth opportunities through market research, competitive benchmarking, and internal analysis. Support or lead cross-functional projects that contribute to strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.

Investor Relations & Fundraising SupportLead the creation and upkeep of company collateral for fundraising (both debt and equity), including investor presentations, information memoranda, and business overviews. Develop, own, and update detailed financial models reflecting company performance and future projections. Manage relationships with current and potential investors; assist with due diligence and respond to investor inquiries.

Liaise with equity analysts, investment bankers, and other financial stakeholders. Market Analysis & CommunicationTrack industry and market trends; provide timely insights and competitive intelligence to the leadership team. Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure consistent, clear communication between departments and with external stakeholders (investors, research analysts, partners). Cross-functional CollaborationAct as the CEO's strategic representative across departments to ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives. Work with finance, marketing, operations, and HR teams to gather data, monitor KPIs, and assess impact of strategic decisions.

Collaborate with department heads on business cases and performance reporting. Optional InvolvementFor those interested, this role can extend into active participation in corporate and business strategy development, including product-market fit, go-to-market planning, and M&A assessments. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a high-growth startup environment

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis

Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for effective storytelling and communication

Solid foundation in corporate finance, valuation techniques, and strategic planning

Experience working with investor-facing materials is a strong plus

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders

High attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work

Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently structure complex analysis

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
