Job Description

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new corporate accounts to drive revenue growth. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand our corporate client base.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target and secure high-value corporate clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, site inspections, and industry events
  • Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, including room rates, meeting packages, and other services
Client Relationship Management

As the primary point of contact for corporate clients, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Act as the main liaison between the hotel and corporate clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Customize corporate packages and solutions based on client needs and preferences
Revenue & Strategy

You will work closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies for corporate accounts and monitor competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies to stay competitive
Marketing & Promotions

As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that attract corporate clients.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns for corporate clients
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build relationships and promote the hotel's offerings
