Job Title: Business Development Manager - Industrial AutomationEstimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the Gujarat Region office. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving sales and expanding our market presence in the region by generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Gujarat Region with a focus on industrial, process automation, and digitalization solutions.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and execute plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions that align with their business objectives.
Solution Selling:
  • Understand SUPINCO's product and solution offerings thoroughly, and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
Market Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for business growth and product development.
Regional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with regional sales team members to leverage and share ideas and experiences on methods to improve Go-To-Market effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Head Quarter team members to ensure consistent value proposition messaging, sales processes, and sales reports requirements.
Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Prepare regular sales reports and accurate forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation & Control
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record in process automation business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial, process automation, and digitalization technologies and their applications.
  • Good contacts in the Gujarat region in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petro Chemical, and General Industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive personality and resourceful in understanding market conditions, customer behaviors, competition positions, and plan/adjust accordingly.
  • Customer Focus mindset with high level of sincerity and curiosity to understand customer business pain points.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
