Job Summary:

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is seeking a skilled Oil Sales Representative to join our team. As a Channel Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong market relationships at the primary and secondary levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase OIL sales and market share.
  • Provide market feedback to ensure that products, quality, promotions, and pricing are in tune with market requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors and stockiest to ensure channel development.
  • Redress problems and complaints of distributors and stockiest in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work with Zonal Spares Manager, Area Office, and Product Lead OIL to ensure goals and objectives are met.
  • Ensure annual OIL targets are achieved as per plan.
  • Develop and implement local promotion and branding strategies.
  • Enhance channel reach, penetration, and effectiveness of secondary channels.

Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech. degree with MBA preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the Oil/Lubricant industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and data analysis skills.
  • Preferably SAP hands-on experience.
