Job Overview

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of dealership sales and service infrastructure across the South region.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive dealership network branding strategy aligned with industry best practices and our company's brand philosophy.
  • Create and maintain corporate identity/showroom identity programs for the entire dealership network, ensuring consistency and alignment with our overall brand vision.
  • Lead regular reviews and updates of Dealer standards, including Corporate identity manuals for Dealers, to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards by monitoring retail centre situations and conducting periodical audits as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in franchise development or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • A deep understanding of branding and marketing principles, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
