Unit HR Head Job Description

The role of a Unit HR Head involves partnering with the unit leadership team to implement strategic human resource initiatives that support business objectives.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication.
  • Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms, in collaboration with the corporate HR team.
  • Identify high-potential employees and provide opportunities for their development through talent programs.
  • Collaborate with the corporate HR team to enhance employee competencies through individual development plans.
  • Drive recognition and reward programs to motivate top performers.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding processes and integration for new hires.
  • Identify training needs within the unit and develop training programs in collaboration with the corporate L&D team.

Required Skills:

  • Graduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HRBP roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven team leadership skills with ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
