The role of a Unit HR Head involves partnering with the unit leadership team to implement strategic human resource initiatives that support business objectives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication.
- Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms, in collaboration with the corporate HR team.
- Identify high-potential employees and provide opportunities for their development through talent programs.
- Collaborate with the corporate HR team to enhance employee competencies through individual development plans.
- Drive recognition and reward programs to motivate top performers.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee onboarding processes and integration for new hires.
- Identify training needs within the unit and develop training programs in collaboration with the corporate L&D team.
Required Skills:
- Graduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HRBP roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven team leadership skills with ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
