About the Role:
The Employee Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and delivering a consistently exceptional employee experience.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate emotional intelligence, empathy, confidentiality, and strong influencing skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach and excellent communication.
A top-tier MBA/PGDM and 3+ years of relevant experience are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the entire Employee Life Cycle from joining till exit in a seamless and consistent manner
- Senses and responds to the pulse of the organization on a real-time basis
- Gold Standard People Process Execution (HR process interventions in Performance, Rewards and Recognition, Learning & Development, Talent Management & Engagement initiatives)
- Handle employee grievances, foster strong employee connect, and ensure adherence to disciplinary protocols
- Resolves Employee Relations/ Industrial Relations issues in partnership with Employee Relations COE
- Collaborate cross-functionally with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards) to deliver seamless, best-in-class people solutions
- Executes people strategies relevant to the cohort of employees

Qualifications:
