Job Overview
Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms is seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Strategic Process Excellence Manager. This position will play a crucial part in driving operational performance and productivity goals through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in process excellence, business excellence, and Six Sigma methodologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mentoring and leading Green Belt/Black Belt projects, managing multiple project teams, and providing analytics support to business leaders.

Requirements
This role requires a graduate degree in any stream with a minimum of 8-10 years of work experience. The candidate should be Black Belt certified and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills. Experience with COPC, ISO, TQM, Project Management, and other quality methodologies/systems is highly desirable.

Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand business processes, analyze data trends, and provide recommendations to stakeholders. Additionally, they should be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, and have knowledge of Minitab and Access. They will also be responsible for facilitating and leading brainstorming sessions, identifying improvement areas, and quantifying savings.

You will also be responsible for delivering Lean trainings, need-based trainings on problem-solving and quality concepts, and mentoring colleagues within the Business Unit.
