We are seeking a highly skilled Voice & Accent Recruiter to join our team at Global Talent Track. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our client's US-based technical process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job vacancies on relevant portals and networks to attract top candidates
- Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements
- Build relationships with candidates and grow our internal database of cleared candidates
- Obtain candidate leads, review resumes, and cultivate referrals to move the interview process forward
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hand-holding candidates through the hiring process
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals and expectations
- Hire candidates with a clear understanding of BPO and technical requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate or Master's degree with 1-3 years recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in BPO recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles with Voice and Accent skills requirement
- Extensive technical knowledge in selected technologies and technical job roles requirements
- Positive attitude and confidence
