We have strategic partnerships with companies located in North America, Latin America, Europe, and the MENA region, catering to diverse industry segments, including Smart Cities, Urban Development, Instrumentation and Control, Information Communication and Telecom, and Food Processing.

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Team Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, encompassing web search, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), search engine marketing, email, social media, and display advertising, with a primary focus on e-mail marketing and WhatsApp marketing.
2. Maintain our company's robust social media presence across all digital channels, ensuring consistency and brand awareness.
3. As a senior executive in digital marketing, handle queries, post engaging content, and redirect inquiries to the sales team while maintaining a consistent company image across digital channels.
4. Monitor client feedback, respond promptly to inquiries, and interact with prospects, fostering strong relationships and building trust.
5. Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance brand awareness through promotions and competitions, staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing trends.
6. Stay abreast of current technologies and trends in digital marketing, social media, design tools, and applications, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree or master's degree in digital marketing is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in the field.
2. One to three years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant knowledge of digital marketing (email marketing, WhatsApp marketing).
4. Experience in developing effective e-marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
5. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in email and WhatsApp marketing.
6. Continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-mail and WhatsApp marketing, ensuring our team remains competitive and innovative.
7. Knowledge of web designing principles and best practices.

Job Details:
Full-time, on-site position (working from our office only) on a permanent basis.
Day shift only, with regular working hours.
Kharadi location, offering a great work-life balance with designated weekly offs (fourth Saturday and all Sundays).
A competitive salary package: Rs. 4.50 to 5.00 lakhs per annum CTC, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
