The Monarch Enterprises seeks a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead their team of professionals in the sales and marketing activities of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies, managing staff, and maintaining customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing sales and marketing strategies and communicating job expectations by analyzing the existing gap, planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing job contributions.
  • Managing, developing, coaching, controlling, and motivating the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and that monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met.
  • Achieving marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
  • Maintaining updated customer information, including contact data, and organizing the CRM database of the company.
  • Collecting and analyzing data on customer preferences and factors affecting product demands, and making business-oriented recommendations to the company.
  • Conducting market intelligence, analyzing competitors strategies, and reporting the same along with recommendations.
  • Providing knowledge of merchandise to customers by explaining complex features and differences between merchandise and providing purchasing advice to customers.
  • Providing superior customer service and support to the production system to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
  • Assessing the SWOT analysis of the internal and external sales and marketing environments of the company.
  • Training (Supervising) and motivating sales staff to ensure that optimal levels of customer engagement are met.
  • Achieving marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
  • Identifying marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
  • Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Sustaining rapport with key accounts and showroom performance by making periodic visits.
  • Providing information and participating in different bids.
  • Managing, leading, and understanding the company's advertising and promotion plans in order to accurately explain them to customers and sales staff.
  • Actively participating in the recruiting and interviewing process for all new employees.
  • Conducting sales meetings with the staff regularly and preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
  • Executing other responsibilities as assigned.
