Equity Business Development Manager

You will cultivate and maintain a network of key clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met with tailored solutions. Furthermore, you will develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and gaps, implementing strategies to address these needs effectively.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses a minimum of 4-12 years of experience in the broking industry, specifically in a relationship management role. You will have a proven ability to acquire, advise, and handle complex client relationships. A strong proficiency in equity and derivatives products, along with a solid understanding of equities markets, is essential. Additionally, certification in Equity and Derivative Segment is mandatory, and a graduation or MBA degree is required.
