Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

Your role involves collaborating with a team of experts to understand the intricacies of business operations. You will work closely with them to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance financial planning and analysis.
You will be responsible for monitoring deadlines, providing in-depth analysis, communicating solutions, driving training programs, leading transformation projects, reviewing process procedures, handling client queries, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal control elements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, good interpersonal skills, and ability to manage team members and deliverables.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, highly organized, and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to interview, hire, and train employees, excellent customer service skills, and ability to plan, assign, and direct work.
- Ability to multi-task and analyze financials leveraging tools like Alteryx, Data visualization tools like Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to slice, dice, and analyze data in multiple dimensions.
- Structured, disciplined approach to work with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and flexible to deliver amid uncertainty.
- Multi-tasker and self-motivated, capable of working under limited or no supervision.
- Positive and constructive team player with good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Postgraduate in Finance / MBA Finance from Tier 2 colleges preferred. FPA certified / Fintech education will be an added advantage.
