Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

This role will lead the development of comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop recommendations to mitigate or capitalize on these findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support decision-making and planning.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Finance or related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
